We provide free shipping on orders of Rs. 499 or more. For orders below Rs. 499, shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight, and size of the order. You can calculate the estimated shipping cost during the checkout process.  

We offer express delivery and strive to deliver products as quickly as possible. In the rare event of a delay, we request that customers follow up with the delivery partner or contact us for assistance. Since we utilize third-party shipping agents like Shiprocket, we have access to a wide network of delivery partners, and we select the best option for your location.  

As mentioned above, we offer express delivery options, aiming to deliver your package within 2-3 days. In the worst-case scenario, delivery may take up to 7 days.  

We offer a 7 day return policy for most items.

To return an item, please create a support ticket by clicking 'Opie Support.' In the support ticket form, provide the reason for your return, select the relevant sales order (e.g., 'SXXXXX' - found in the 'My Account' section of the top menu), attach any necessary images, and submit the ticket. Our support team will respond within 24 hours.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Certain items, such as opened software or personalized items, may not be eligible for return.

Once your payment is confirmed and your order is placed, you will receive a tracking ID via email within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can track your order by navigating to 'My Account' (found in the top menu under your name). Then, go to 'Your Orders,' click on the sales order number you wish to track (it will look like 'SXXXXX'), and locate 'Delivery Orders.' You will find your tracking ID there, which you can click to track your package.  

You can cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

You can create an account by clicking 'Sign In' in the top menu of our website, or during the checkout process. We also offer Google Sign-In for a quicker registration, bypassing the standard form.
